A day late and a dollar short is the best way to describe this car dealer. They tried to negociate a better price after I left the dealership. If they had only given me that price at the beginning, I would have bought the car. They claimed they couldn't go lower, but apparently they can. The place is a ghosttown when you go in. Looks like business isn't too good. I wonder why.

This place really creates an impression when you walk in. Brand spankin new, fancy shmancy. Sales guys seem nice and personable. I was just looking with no intention to buy. My salesman boarderline harrassed me constantly calling after I went in trying to convince me why I needed a new car. I had to get firm and tell them I wasn't interested. These guys really don't know how to take a hint! I talked to a neighbor who bought from them and he told me I was lucky I didn't buy. He said the service department was terrible. He has been put on hold several times up to 10 minutes a pop. He has complained to management, but apparently they are a bunch of do nothings only concernced about you before you purchase. Once you own the story changes. Management supports the employees apparently long before the customer.

I have bought many cars in my time but have never been treated so poorly! I really wanted a jeep, but after the experience I had here I have decided jeep is not for me. I have never had to put any money down to buy a car until after the final paperwork was signed. When I told them I had to think about my decision first, they completely dismissed me. Their true intentions became readily apparent. I am now driving an Honda Civic and could not be happier! I wanted to purchase a car made in the US, but after this experience I will always have to choose foreign made. What a shame. People like this really ruin it for everyone. No wonder this country is going down the tubes! If we would only learn how to treat our own citizens!!!

Arrogant, unprofessional, forceful, and absolutely NOT trustworthy!!! If you really want a Jeep, avoid this dealership like the plague. They are not about meeting the customer's needs, only about their own selfish cause. Save yourself a huge headache if you really want a Jeep and go to any other dealership. Jeep in Elmhurst is quite good. They are honest and have integrity.

This dealership is the most unprofessional, lying, manipulative bunch of thieves around! They bait and switch cars fooling you into thinking they have the car you are looking for. They suck you in and are quick to charge $1000 to your credit card ensuring they have made you a deal you can't refuse. If you decide not to move forward with the deal, look out!!! You will have an extremely difficult time retrieving your $1000. They will make you feel as if you must make a deal on a vehicle or the $1000 is theirs to keep. I was promised a vehicle, settled on a price, put down my $1000, then was told my car salesman made a $1600 error. He apparently did not realize that a hard top on a Jeep Wrangler was $1600 extra as the vehicle only came with a soft top. He called me and told me the next day because of his error, he could get me a vehicle from another dealership with everything I wanted but I would have to pay $300 extra to have the items including a bluetooth and remote start which had been included in the vehicle we had initially agreed upon. He said he could get the vehicle by the end of the day. I told him most likely that would work. I shortly called back to ask him to send me the window sticker on the vehicle he could get for me to ensure it had all that I wanted. Low and behold, many things were missing that I wanted and were included in the original vehicle but not the one that he could get for me. I called back and told him my apprehension and that I was unsure I wanted to move forward with the "new deal". He told me he had already purchased the vehicle from another dealership and it was mine now. I spoke with his manager who said they had to eat the cost of my car salesman making an error and that the car they had purchased from the other dealer was mine. I was now being forced to purchase a car I did not want. I could care less about getting the deal. They were being extremely forceful and shady at this point. Shouldn't it be customary for a car salesman to ensure he lets you review the window sticker before he goes and purchases another car from another dealer? Wouldn't it make sense to ensure the customer understood the deal was final before he does so? Apparently not at Zeiger. I called my credit card company to freeze the $1000 as I thought I was being ripped off and forced to buy a car I did not want. I knew they would now try to hold the $1000 as collateral. After further discussion, I ended up purchasing the vehicle in question and was told I would have to buy it before month end. I wanted to wait to ensure all the additional features were installed so I would not have to go back and forth to the service department.Once again, they said it was critical I purchase before the month ended. I stupidly agreed. I took a day off work to do so.I traded in a car and was told I could bring the title when the work was done on the car.My credit card company made an error and never froze the original $1000 which I had to fight to get
